Is this permanent?+

Yes. Once your tile is placed on the wall, it stays there permanently. Your message is preserved exactly as you wrote it, for as long as AWY exists.

Can I edit my message later?+

To keep the authenticity of each dedication, messages cannot be edited after placement. We encourage you to take a moment and write exactly what you feel.

Will both people receive reminders?+

Yes. Both the dedicator and the recipient receive an annual reminder via email and WhatsApp (if provided) — a gentle nudge that someone loves them. You can upgrade to 12 surprise reminders or set custom dates.

Is this public?+

You choose. Public tiles are visible and searchable. Private tiles show "Private Dedication" and are only accessible via a direct block number or private link.

Is this a physical product?+

No. AWY is a digital product — there's nothing to ship. Your tile exists as a permanent dedication on our online love wall.

What are the reminder add-ons?+

Every tile includes 1 free annual reminder. You can upgrade to 12 Surprise Reminders throughout the year, or set Custom Scheduled Reminders for specific dates like birthdays and anniversaries.
